As an experienced Clinical Psychologist, Supervisor and Co-Director of the Beachside Therapy Collective, my therapeutic approach combines empathy, understanding, and evidence-based practices to guide my clients toward improved wellbeing. I understand that it is not easy to reach out for psychological support and assessment and will sit beside you patiently and non-judgementally whilst we explore and examine any current challenges you may be facing.
My therapy sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and have experience treating a range of difficulties. I offer billing arrangements under Medicare, DVA, NDIS, Workcover and Health Insurance and can offer both in-person and telehealth (video/telephone) sessions.
