Art Therapy connects in with the client’s feelings, emotions and the unconscious, that wouldn’t ordinarily be done solely through counselling. Fortunately it doesn't require any creative skill at all, it is simply a vehicle to move on from suffering. The client maybe experiencing sadness, depression, relationship issues, trauma or looking for life direction.
The work I offer is empowering, self correcting while it soothes and gently releases what is ready to be moved on from to the next aspects of your life. Working on yourself enables the anxieties to abate and for you to feel content no matter what is appearing.
