I work with young adults, adults and seniors experiencing trauma, anxiety, neurodiversity, depression, and major life transitions. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or stuck in patterns they would like to understand and change. My approach integrates trauma-informed therapy, EMDR with an attachment focus, parts work, and somatic practices to support emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-understanding. I provide an inclusive, neurodiversity, 2SQ+ affirming and culturally responsive space where clients can move toward greater stability, self-compassion, and meaningful change.
