As a Psychologist with Family Therapy training (Bouverie Centre), I aim to work with the family system to support children, adolescents and families to solve the puzzle that is family life. I love to support Adolescents manage the challenges of VCE, and help them find their "spark". I also love to help unpack any challenges for families - whether it be school-based issues, Anxiety, Depression, Interpersonal Issues, OCD, Seeking support with ADHD or Autism - I am here and can provide support to you or your family member.
With a deep understanding of child and adolescent development, I aim to create a calm, reassuring place, where kids and teens feel safe and happy to engage in therapy. I have been working with family-based systems helping adolescents for many years, with young people experiencing anxiety, low self esteem, depression, and many other issues.
I believe that psychological health is tied up with physical health, social relationships, work and an overall sense of meaning and purpose.
