I provide a safe, steady, and neurodiversity-affirming space where I encourage everyone to unmask and be themselves. My primary areas of expertise and interest are people who are wanting to process trauma and or possible PTSD. I am passionate about promoting awareness and helping people explore possible ADHD or Autism diagnoses and support through the process that can be quite daunting and confusing to navigate. I have years of experience working within mental health, and my clients receive tailored, client centered services. I use evidence-based therapies that relevant to each person (because we are all different).
I am a Mental Health Accredited Social Worker, offering specialised 1:1 therapy remotely via telehealth.
