My greatest satisfaction is working with clients to help them transcend the issues and experiences that hold them back from having the lives they want. Embarking on psychotherapy should be one of the most meaningful experiences a person can have. Accompanying another human being on that path is the most deeply rewarding aspect of my work.
I have worked both in inpatient facilities and in private practice with clients experiencing issues such as addiction, depression, anxiety, developmental and complex trauma, PTSD, grief, relationship problems and identity confusion.
Being human necessarily involves being uncertain, experiencing pain and confusion and sometimes feeling broken.
