My ideal clients are men and couples who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships or find a clearer way forward. They may be feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, navigating recurring conflict, rebuilding trust after a difficult period, or facing an important relationship transition such as moving in together or getting married. Counselling helps uncover what’s happening beneath the surface, shift patterns that aren’t working and create meaningful, lasting change.
I specialise in counselling and psychotherapy for men and couples, with particular expertise in relationship preparation, emotional connection, intimacy and affair recovery. My approach combines warmth and curiosity with practical, evidence-based therapy, drawing on attachment theory and Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from counselling. Sometimes you know something needs to change; other times you simply want to understand yourself or each other better.
