Hi, I’m Andrea. I really value the opportunity to support people when life feels difficult, confusing or overwhelming.
People often come to therapy when they feel stuck, burnt out, anxious or unsure about what to do next. I aim to provide a space where you can speak openly, better understand what is happening for you, and work towards changes that feel realistic and meaningful.
I won’t pretend that therapy makes difficult things disappear. Instead, I believe my role is to help you make sense of them, identify what matters to you, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
I offer counselling and psychological assessments for children, adolescents and adults, with a particular interest in neurodiversity, emotional wellbeing and periods of change.
No two people are alike, so I do not take a one-size-fits-all approach. I’ll take the time to understand you, what has brought you to therapy and what you would like to get from it.
Starting therapy can feel uncertain, especially if you are unsure what to expect. You do not need to know exactly what to say or where to begin. I’ll take the time to understand what is happening for you and offer a warm, respectful and non-judgemental space to work through it together.
