I help adults struggling with emotional and psychological problems in a compassionate and collaborative way. I aim to work as time efficiently as possible tailoring my interventions to individual clients’ needs. I am a registered clinical psychologist with experience in working in outpatient and inpatient public mental health with a range of mental health disorders and presentations. In addition to relieving symptoms of common psychological difficulties such as anxiety or depression, I believe that psychotherapy creates the potential for transformative and life-long change.
I am passionate about extending my psychological services so they reach the wider community and are accessible to many. For this reason, in addition to my private practice work, I also work in Community Mental Health Services where I provide individual and group psychotherapy.
I am an approved supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). I offer clinical supervision and consultation services that are ISTDP informed. My office is located in Beechworth serving the regions of Wangaratta, Wodonga, Myrtleford Mount Beauty, Yackandandah and Bright.
