I am a Counselling Psychologist with 20 years of experience providing therapy to adults of all ages from a diverse range of backgrounds. I am highly experienced in helping people with a wide range of emotional and interpersonal difficulties. I have a particular interest in helping people to develop a better understanding of themselves and of the barriers holding them back from greater fulfilment in life. In addition I help people to develop a better understanding of their difficulties in their relationships with others and to improve their relationship with themselves.
