I’ve come out the other side stronger, healthier, and better than ever. I learned the tools to reconcile and resolve every issue in my marriage, repair each others hearts, and become one together. Now we have a wonderful marriage that we couldn’t imagine years ago. I learned how to break free from the narcissistic relationship, heal completely, and I carry no burden from my past now. I specialise in relationship issues. The primary approaches I take in my Counselling sessions are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Reality Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Strengths Based Therapy.
