Hello, I'm Anda Maria, a psychologist passionate about working with adults and children. With previous experience as a Neuro Linguistics Programming therapist and Ethics teacher, I am dedicated to nurturing personal development and well-being. My interest lies in supporting people in their journey from where they are to where they want to be and assisting them with stress management, anxiety and depression, offering a comprehensive approach to assessment and treatment. I aim to empower and motivate my clients by helping them understand their challenges and facilitating positive life changes.
Drawing from my Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a diverse background in Engineering and Performance Coaching, I apply a combination of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming to address issues such as anxiety, depression, parenting, and more.
