Hello and welcome! I work with teens, young adults and those who are young at heart. Much of my work is with clients living with ADHD, AuDHD and Autistic folk. I am particularly interested in supporting clients affected by anxiety, trauma and burnout. I also provide relationship therapy to LGBTQIA+, polyamorous, and neurodiverse communities.
In 2026 I started my own practice - Organic Psychology. I decided on this name to reflect my deep connection to land, ecology and the interdependent nature of our relationships.
My approach is integrative — I weave together modalities including EMDR, DBT, and Schema Therapy, always making sure our work makes sense to you. I'll explain what we're doing and why, there is no need for mystery :) Together, we might explore coping strategies, online tools, or lean on your favourite books, films, or ideas to make sense of the world.
My career began in non-profit community services, which shaped my understanding of the Social Model of Disability. As an immigrant, I'm also attuned to the political, cultural, and intergenerational forces that may have shaped your experience. We are all part of a larger whole — and to understand a person, we need to understand the system at large.
