Hello and welcome! I work with young adults and those who are young at heart. ADHD, ASD and cPTSD are my areas of interest. I work in a neuro-affirmative manner and accept clients supported by the NDIS. I also provide relationship therapy to LGBTQIA+, polyamorous, and neurodiverse communities.
In my practice at POP Psychology, therapy is like crafting a unique recipe for each individual. I sample from the following modalities - Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, Trauma-focused CBT, Emotion Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
