I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with 15 years of dedicated clinical experience in mental health and community services. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals in diverse roles, including therapeutic work with children and families within the Child Protection system, family violence & sexual assault services, and Child and Adolescent Mental Health services. My passion lies in supporting individuals impacted by trauma, loss/grief, adjustment difficulty, anxiety, early attachment and relational disruptions. I am especially dedicated to early intervention with children and their families.
I have experience supporting individuals across various stages of life and development, including infancy, early childhood, adolescents, and adults. I utilise a range of evidence-based psychological interventions including, EMDR therapy, CBT, trauma-focused CBT, variety of play & sand based interventions, and trauma- and attachment focused interventions.
