I work from a psychodynamic and psychoanalytic framework, offering a reflective, collaborative space where we can explore what might be contributing to distress or stuckness in your life. I have experience working with a range of presentations and am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, non-judgmental environment where each person can be met in their singularity. I currently work with adolescents in a public mental health service and in private practice.
I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and offer Medicare rebates.
In our work together, we might explore patterns in relationships, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, or that sense that something feels off without being able to name exactly what. My approach focuses on understanding not just what's happening, but why it might be happening.
My background also includes experience in LGBTIQ+ therapeutic counselling and family violence counselling, which has deepened my understanding of the complex ways that identity, relationships, and trauma can impact our wellbeing.
