Hi, I’m Amy. I have over 20 years experience as a psychologist treating a range of mental health conditions. I have a special interest in working with people who have experienced trauma including PTSD and Complex Trauma. I also have extensive experience in treating anxiety disorders including panic and OCD, and mental health concerns related to Autism and ADHD.
My approach is authentic and honest, always maintaining a safe space for exploring vulnerability and enabling healing.
I use a combination of EMDR, Schema Therapy and Parts work to support lasting healing from trauma.
I work at your pace and am happy to adjust therapy and modalities to suit your needs and what works for you
Feel free to check out my website and make contact if you have any queries or would like to book an appointment
