I have been working in mental health for the past nine years as a counsellor in primary and secondary schools, as well as in private practice. I provide practical, evidence informed support to help clients navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and improve their overall wellbeing. Together, we work to develop strategies and skills that support meaningful, lasting change.
I have a particular interest in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and assisting families to navigate the NDIS. I have also worked at a specialist primary school for neurodivergent students, giving me valuable experience supporting children with a range of developmental, behavioural, and emotional needs.
