Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff, clinical, or like you’re being “fixed.” I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where people of all ages can show up as they are and feel genuinely understood. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and practical, grounded in real connection and a strengths-based lens. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and parents, supporting big emotions, overwhelm, anxiety, and life transitions. There’s room for humour, honesty, and imperfection here — because meaningful change happens when you feel safe, supported, and seen.

My work is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and practical, helping people understand what’s beneath distress, build coping skills, and feel more confident and connected in everyday life.
