Hi! I am a Clinical Psychologist who is dedicated to helping adolescents and adults navigate a wide range of challenges, from everyday stressors to more significant and chronic issues such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and complex PTSD. I have a particular interest in military and Veteran health, chronic illness and injury, and supporting individuals who identify as neurodiverse, such as Autism and Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Every individual has their own unique blend of history and experiences, which can impact their lives in helpful and unhelpful ways. I consider all aspects of a person, including their physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual parts and provide an inclusive, non-judgemental space for people to discover and grow.

Let's reframe the discussions around mental health by encouraging open minded conversations and developing a diverse approach to health and wellbeing for the mind, body and soul. I place a great importance on providing a non-judgemental space for individuals to develop a stronger sense of self and positive well being.
