As a Counsellor and Educator with over 17 years of clinical experience and 5 years teaching the Diploma of Counselling, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals through healing and empowerment. My practice is dedicated to trauma-informed care, with specialised expertise in: Domestic Family Violence, Sexual Assault and Workplace issues, including Bullying, Stress, and Burnout. I am passionate about providing inclusive and culturally safe support to historically marginalised communities, including: Culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and LGBTIQ+ communities.
My therapeutic approach is holistic and integrative, tailored to each client's unique needs. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including: Person-Centred Therapy, Systemic and Family-Oriented Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Approaches and Strengths-Based and Solution-Focused Therapy.
