My passion lies in being part of my clients’ lives to facilitate positive change and to improve quality of their lives. Sometimes we face adversity or simply get ‘stuck’ and are left without a sense of control. I am committed to providing effective treatment to assist my clients understand their problems and learn coping strategies allowing to restore balance and a sense of hope.
I have experience in the assessment and treatment of a broad range of mental health issues. I work with older adolescents and adults, and am bilingual in Japanese and English.
