I am a medical practitioner interested in caring for the body, mind and the connection between them. I have worked in sexual health, mental health and relationship therapy for over 25 years. Trained in focused psychological strategies, I am also a qualified mediator.
My services include relationship therapy, sex therapy, mental health assessments and mental health plans, and Prepare/Enrich marriage counselling. I offer face-to-face and/or online appointments, usually of around an hour. People see me for a once-off session, or for ongoing regular care.
I am a highly skilled and experienced counsellor, able to listen carefully and kindly, and an expert in dealing with physical, emotional and psychological issues that can be difficult to discuss.
