Enjoy being outdoors in natural spaces? Me too!
I offer walk & talk therapy in natural environments from North Ryde to Hornsby to Berowra.
Compassionately & empathically passionate about helping young people live their best lives.
Assessing and supporting neurodivergence (ADHD & Autism) and it’s impacts on mental health i.e. anxiety, stress, depression, is of special interest to me.
Therapeutically I am committed to empowering people to achieve healthy and enjoyable lives by developing a greater capacity for resilience and more positive & meaningful relationships with themselves & others in a safe supportive environment.
I love equipping children with strategies/tools for improved wellbeing at home, school & with friends.
I enjoy helping adolescents struggling with academic stress, low-mood, friendships/relationships, grief/loss, gender diversity, self-esteem & their body image.
As a parent myself I am passionate about helping parents best support their children to thrive!
I like working with young adults as they navigate their early career & relationships.
I'm a Registered Teacher & work as a School Counsellor too.
We know that physical movement, exercise & psychological therapy are all good for your mental health- so why not do them all at the same time? with an experienced Psychologist using evidenced-based treatments.
