For over 15 years, my work has centred on complex and developmental trauma and the ways it lives in the body, nervous system and relationships. I work with couples (especially neurodivergent couples), children, families and individuals when old patterns keep repeating despite insight, effort and love. If you keep asking, “What’s really going on?” “Why can’t I get through?” “Why can’t they hear me, feel me, see me?” or “Why does my child seem so lost, angry, unhappy or unreachable?” I can help you understand what may be happening beneath the surface and find a different way through.
I am a Somatic Experiencing (SE) Practitioner, PACT couples therapist, touch therapist, creative arts therapist and Synergetic Play Therapist in training. I integrate body, nervous system, attachment and relationship with creative arts, myth, play and parts work. I listen not only to what is said but to is being communicated beyond words.
I know how hard it is to start, or start again, and tell your story over and over. It can be awful and dispiriting. Here, you can tell me as much or as little as you want to.
