I am a somatic-based counsellor and psychotherapist, meaning that I work with the body-mind connection. I hold a Master's degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Bachelor's degree with honours in Psychology. Our journey together is about rediscovering your strength, resilience, and your potential for growth within you. It’s about moving forward with a sense of empowerment and self-awareness, crafting a life that you feel is authentic and fulfilling. Before transitioning into counselling, I gained 13 years of experience as a physical therapist. I have diplomas in massage therapy, manual osteopathy, and acupuncture.
My unique experience provides me with a deep understanding of the body-mind connection. I integrate the wisdom gained from physical and mental health disciplines, creating an empathetic space with a holistic and integrative approach to help facilitate change.
