No need to be good at art however, it does require an interest/ commitment to get to know yourself better and to identify thoughts and behaviours not serving you well. Clients are taught to identify those, regulate, communicate, self-observe, adapt, engage, change. This builds confidence and resilience allowing for a translation of this new awareness and learnt skills for better relationships and well-being.

Dr Keri Diamond is an experienced Clinical Neuropsychologist and Clinical Psychologist. Her dual qualifications uniquely position her to provide comprehensive, tailored neuropsychological and psychological assessments, cognitive rehabilitation and cognitive behavioural therapy within a biopsychosocial framework. Clinical and research interests are anxiety disorders, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, adjustment to chronic illness, adjustment to stressful life events, dementia, traumatic brain injury, and multiple sclerosis.

I am a Clinical Psychologist with 13 years of experience. I am incredibly passionate about supporting women in all stages of their life, including fertility, pre-natal/postnatal period, first time mothers, empty nesters, retirees etc. I've also supported many people through their depression, grief and anxiety (social anxiety, generalised anxiety, panic, agoraphobia), especially those who are experiencing mental health issues for the first time. I am a clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience in clinical supervisory roles held at both hospitals and private practice. In this time I have specialised in sleep issues, sleep disorders, psychotic spectrum disorders, bipolar disorder and other clinical presentations. I am passionate about providing caring and compassionate psychological support, tailored to my individual clients. This can range from resolving painful history to promoting growth in various stages of their life. Having practiced in both Hong Kong and Australia, I speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
