My roots are in process work: a dynamic blend between Jungian psychology and nature-honoring shamanistic/spiritual traditions, with a focus on supporting your natural drive towards healing and wholeness. I work with women & men who are seeking a nourishing and empowering space to face the difficult and hidden dimensions of their lives. In my work, I most enjoy exploring the areas of sexuality & spirituality; relationships & love; power dynamics; grief & death; major life transitions; and healing with psychedelics.
My transpersonal approach might be a good fit for you if you yearn to connect with other ways of knowing beyond the logical mind and wish to connect more deeply to your body's intelligence and intuition. By working together, you will recover core parts of yourself and embody the internal resources needed to move through life with more trust, courage & love.
Our work together may involve a synthesis of talk therapy, body-based inquiry, dream-work, role-play, and movement.
