I have not met a person who was unhappy in life if they had great relationships: family and friends. My life belief is the secret to happiness lies in healthy relationships: with yourself and others.
I help couples and individuals affected by the following issues: 1. Marital/relationship issues (marriage/couples counselling) 2. Adjustment to being a parent (new parent/post-natal counselling) 3. Those who wish to get married (pre-marital counselling and coaching). I also offer therapy to those who discovered their biological parents only in adulthood.

This group is for those who grew up unaware of their real biological parents. You may have been adopted, donor-conceived or raised by a parent who you don't have a biological connection to. If you have not learnt the truth about your arrival into this world as a child, this discovery later in life can be one of the most profound experiences one can go through. Having a safe and understanding place to share your story and talk about what you are going though could really help to process your discovery. 4-6 participants.
