We are a team of Professionals who provide counselling to children, adolescents, adults and families. We work with people who are struggling with anxiety, sadness, stressful life events and big life transitions. We have designed a service to meet the needs of individuals and whole families. We are specialist trauma and attachment therapists. We support children, adolescents and families using various approaches. Our team are trained in Theraplay, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness.
