Hello! I'm Ally, a registered social worker and the owner of Rainbow Inclusions Disability Support Services in Brisbane. I am deeply passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community, with a particular focus on gay men's health, transgender health, gender dysphoria, and individuals who are navigating intergenerational or religious trauma.
The brain is part of the central nervous system and requires on-going maintenance and stress reduction outlets. I am dedicated to offering compassionate care and providing personalised mental health support that meets the unique needs of each client, drawing on my psychotherapeutic expertise.
In 2021, I was honoured to receive the Health Practitioner of the Year Award from Diverse Voices. This recognition not only celebrates my work but also underscores my commitment to providing inclusive, compassionate care. I believe that diversity holds special meaning, which is reflected my personal and professional dedication to marginalised communities.
ACT allows individuals to accept their experiences while moving forward with their values and goals, helping them to live more fulfilling, authentic lives. It’s a privilege to walk with my clients through their journeys, supporting them in navigating both personal challenges and the legacies of trauma, while embracing their full identities.
