Hello! I’ve been working with children young people and adults for over 20 years. I’ve been registered as a psychologist since 2014. My main areas of practice include supporting the neurodivergent population, children, young people and adults. Relationships are such an important part of how we see the world and how we respond to the world around us. That is why, relationships is often part of my sessions, along with the practical stuff of coping with everyday.
Experience in working with children and neurodivergent populations has allowed me to enhance a flexible and open approach in sessions. I always start with a Trauma Informed model to maximise feelings of safety. I use therapeutic styles including ACT, DBT, CBT, family systems, schema therapy.
I can’t wait to meet you and begin a hard, yet rewarding chapter together so you can meet your full potential, achieve your goals and re-gain that clarity we all lose at times in life.
