I work with people seeking individual therapy to heal from past trauma, family of origin issues, problems with coping in current life and people seeking to grow and reach their potential. I also work with couples who are experiencing problems in their relationship or wanting to improve their relationship for an upcoming stage of life (childbirth, moving in together, marriage, etc) I help people in different stages of adult life to explore the roots of their problems to help provide insight, better knowledge of oneself which helps to create a path forward for a life that is meaningful and fulfilling for them.
I have been working as a Psychotherapist for two decades. I've worked with all age groups from kindergarten to elder adults and everyone in between. I've provided therapy in school, clinics and private practice. This experience helps inform my current work which is focused on adult individual therapy, couples therapy and womens development
I know how hard it can be to seek help. Therapy is not easy, but can be life changing. I work to provide a safe place where you can explore who you are, what you want, and what's holding you back.
