The core of my work is with adults who are suffering from a feeling of dissatisfaction with their lives and relationships. You may be feeling depleted and joyless. Parenting might feel overwhelming and impossible to navigate. Perhaps you feel your needs always come last. There may even be a vague sense of not really knowing who are or what you feel.
If you are unsure of how to formulate the problem or where to start, therapy can help. My job is to help you to put words to your silent struggle as your search for a connection with yourself and others.
I bring my 25+ years of experience and my endless interest in people into sessions, where my aim is to help you to engage with your inner world. I work psychodynamically, which means that the focus is on helping you to expand the frame around your inner world. I don't have the answers, but I can guide you as you learn to look within yourself.
