Picking a therapist is hard - where do you even begin? My clients tend to want to understand themselves and other people better. Sometimes they aren't sure if they want to change things yet, but they want to explore what that might look like. Sometimes they are very ready to change things but they aren't sure where to start. They are individuals, couples or families who are experiencing a variety of challenges. They are struggling with eating disorders, exploring ADHD and/or Autism, or looking to improve their relationships.
I am a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with experience in both community and inpatient treatment. I have a Masters in Clinical Family Therapy which allows me to provide comprehensive couples and family therapy. I am neuro-affirming, client-centred, trauma-informed and committed to anti-oppressive practice.
I aim to be authentic and approachable with clients and to create a space where people can curiously explore what works for them. Therapy is not one-size-fits all and I won't be the right fit for everyone - that's okay. You are the expert on yourself (even if it might not feel that way at the moment).
