I am here to offer a helping hand in time of need if you have experienced a significant loss of any sort and are grieving; if you are overly anxious or depressed and experiencing suicidal ideation; if you are living with domestic violence or experiencing mental, physical or emotional abuse; or struggling with alcohol or substance abuse and if you are experiencing relationship difficulties, intimate, family or social.
I have over 10 years experience as a qualified critical care paramedic and on retirement, prior to obtaining my counselling diploma, I turned to working in mental health as a lay counsellor and I am now able to offer therapy sessions face-to-face, via email or, on request, online via zoom. I am available most weekdays and, in the evenings, if urgent.
Following my many years as a paramedic and as a lay counsellor, I have retained my passion for helping others and so I am here to listen, help and support you in facing any of life's overwhelming challenges with which you may be struggling and I look forward to walking with you.
