I work with adults, adolescents, and families who are navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or periods of deep uncertainty. Many of the people I support are highly responsible, sensitive, or accustomed to holding things together for others, and come to therapy feeling tired, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. My work is especially supportive for those who sense that their struggles are showing up not only emotionally, but also through the body
I can help by offering a steady, compassionate space where you don’t have to hold everything together or have the right words. Many people come to me feeling overwhelmed, tense, or unsure why they’re struggling, even though they’ve been coping for a long time. In our work together, we slow things down and gently explore what’s happening beneath the surface
