Across the past 17 years, I have worked in clinical and community settings as a mental health clinician, therapist and supervisor, using a range of evidence based interventions and therapeutic modalities. I have specialised in trauma informed care and include somatic practices, mindfulness and creativity to support an integrated whole-hearted approach.
I work with individuals at times of change, challenge and growth. This includes relationship, sexuality and identity concerns; healing from trauma, stress and loss; navigating significant transitions and stepping into increased agency, empowerment and connection.
