Welcome, I'm glad you have come across my profile. While I welcome all enquiries, I can help you address attachment issues, trauma, men’s issues, and existential concerns. With my lived experience in attachment trauma and family system dysfunction, studies in Counselling & Psychotherapy, and range of client work, I have an in-depth appreciation for what ‘doing the work’ entails. I partake in therapy myself, I am a Sessional Lecturer at the Ikon Institute of Australia, and am passionate about and dedicated to this work.
My therapeutic style is relational, and trauma-informed. We will collaborate to create a bespoke plan that is open to change as needed. I will be transparent with you and frequently check that you are on board with how we are working together.
