I have over 18 years experience working with adults and adolescents with a wide range of clinical presentations including anxiety and depression, grief and loss, bipolar, eating disorders, trauma and personality disorders. I am also experienced in working with the LGBTQ+ community.

I work from an attachment approach, and am skilled in a range of treatment modalities including mindfulness and cognitive behaviour therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
