My approach to therapy is empathetic and validating. I understand that each client is unique and will work with you to reach your goals. I have both educuation and experience in working with clients who have anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and depression. I have a strong passion for helping others achieve their goals.
I am a university master's trained psychotherapist. I use a mixture of interventions including; Attachment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Family Systems Theories as well as Person–Centred psychotherapy which recognises that every person is unique and complex. I work to approach my sessions with compassion, non-judgement and genuine empathy.
