I am passionate about mindfulness, emotional resilience, and helping people find meaning and purpose. I am an independent Medicare-registered Clinical Psychotherapist with degrees in Psychology, Psychotherapy and Clinical Social Work. I am accredited with AACBT, AMHSW and VAHPA. Prior to this, I contributed to the creation of a national mental health media platform in Germany and Australia and worked with military veterans suffering post-traumatic stress.
