I have experience providing evidence-based mental health support to adolescents and adults (16 years and older) for a broad range of issues, including (but not limited to):

I also actively strive to inform my work through strengths-based perspectives, and trauma-informed and neuro-affirmative approaches of care to best align with each client’s needs.
