With 23 years of experience, I specialize in trauma across the lifespan, having worked with key agencies in WA. I support clients impacted by sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse (CSA) in children as young as five, and perinatal mental health. My expertise extends to child and adolescent mental health and child protection. I am trained in advanced EMDR for both adults and children, the Neuro-sequential Model of Therapeutics, and integrate concepts from Internal Family Systems, Circle of Security, and Play Therapy to provide holistic, and compassionate care.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working across various mental health services, providing support to both adults and adolescents. This experience has given me valuable insight into how trauma manifests and affects individuals at different stages of life.
I understand that life can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when past experiences shape how we see and interact with the world. My goal is to offer you a space of support, understanding, and healing, drawing from my deep knowledge of the brain’s functioning and how trauma impacts it. This understanding is grounded in my training in NMT.
