The people we support are looking for a way to better understand themselves as well as the relationships they have in their lives. We work people who have trouble communicating, expressing themselves & being satisfied with their lives. We work with people who have experienced trauma or hurt in their lives.
The couples we work with are experiencing disconnection and are needing a different way being with one another. We work with those that want repair and reconnection. Our clients are provided with a sense of empowerment & encouragement to keep learning & growing as they navigate life's challenges.
Specialising family & relationship breakdown, parenting support, depression & anxiety, ADHD & ASD & couples. We use family therapy as a way to help people rebuild relationships, connection & communication skills. We use narrative therapy with trauma informed & neurodivergent- affirming approach when working with individuals, families & couples.
