About

Hi, I am Alana (she/her). I'm a non-judgemental therapist supporting people with mental health and trauma healing. I use both counselling and Art Therapy. I work with many LGBTQI+ and neurodivergent folk, people with lived experience of disability, chronic-illness and childhood trauma. I value being a person-centered and neurodiversity-affirming therapist.
As a masters trained therapist, with a bachelor in Psychology and Masters in Art Therapy, I can support you make sense of things, gain strategies and grow a more kind relationship with yourself. You will also have the option to try creative processes to express and regulate emotions. Be assured that Art Therapy does not require any art skills.
