Alana is a psychosexual therapist specialising in holistic, trauma informed care to support both individuals and partnerships with their sexological needs. Down to earth and non-judgemental, she helps her clients break down barriers and find the language to communicate their lived experiences with more clarity. Working with a Gestalt framework, Alana focuses on a here and now embodied approach that cultivates the connection between the mind-body. By reconnecting with your body's responses to certain behavioural or environmental factors, together we can begin to understand and work with the root of the issue.
