Counselling provides a supportive space to explore beliefs that may be holding you back, develop healthier coping strategies, and, where appropriate, utilise EMDR to process trauma and support healing. I am a registered member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).
As a PACFA Clinical Counsellor, I provide a person-centred approach grounded in evidence-based practices, supporting individuals and couples in a safe and respectful space. With a strong focus on trauma-informed care, I also offer EMDR to support the processing of difficult or traumatic experiences.
