Hi! I'm here to help you feel at home and comfortable in your mind, body and with the world around you. We will explore concerns, overcome stressful life events and tap into the strength and clarity you hold within. As a queer, neurodivergent psychologist, I recognise the unique strengths and challenges of those who might not fit the general mold. Join me via zoom, in-person or even for a stroll in the park for walk-and-talk therapy.
If you're experiencing depression, anxiety, adult attachment issues, PTSD/CPTSD, or exploring your neurodivergent or queer identity, I'm here to help. I use therapeutic approaches including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Psychodynamic theory and Internal Family Systems, which will be tailored to suit your unique needs.
My therapeutic style is based on the principle of ‘organicity’, referring to
the respect for each individual’s innate capacity and face for healing and natural
movement towards growth. Do reach out for a complimentary consult call.
Eligible for a Medicare rebate of $96.65 per session.
