About

I’m a psychologist in clinical practice on Mornington Peninsula for some 13 years now. I see adults (20+) as well as older adults (65+) and couples.
My interests include stress, depression, anxiety, anger management and trauma as well as interpersonal problems. I have a special interest in family-of-origin issues. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and client centred and I use Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and stress reduction strategies as well as psycho education.
None of us exist in a vacuum. We are influenced by the society and we live in and families we were brought up in. Our history and present circumstances are important in understanding how and why we behave the way we do. In therapy we discuss the ways you can learn to be in charge of your own life regardless the circumstances you grew up in.
